Appointments
You must make an appointment to be seen at the Douglas County Dental Clinic. Patients needing treatments other than scheduled cleanings must first see the dentist for an examination.
Patients who have been seen by another dentist may have their records forwarded to the clinic. Please be aware that records and x-rays received from another office may not be usable for diagnostic purposes, so our dentists may need to re-take x-rays at their discretion.
Treatment is scheduled according to the dentist's assessment of the patient's needs and the availability of appointment space.
Patients MUST provide 24 hour notice if canceling appointments. Missing three appointments without notifying us in advance may result in revocation of clinic privileges.
