Appointments
You must make an appointment to be seen at the Douglas County Dental Clinic. New patients 18+ must first see the dentist for an examination and X-rays before any other appointments for non-emergency cleanings, fillings, etc. can be set. Please call us at 785-312-7770 or email us at frontdesk@dcdclinic.org to setup an appointment.
Patients who have been seen by another dentist may have their records forwarded to the clinic. Please have them send X-rays and records to xrays@dcdclinic.org. Please be aware that records and X-rays received from another office may not be usable for diagnostic purposes, so our dentists may need to re-take X-rays at their discretion.
Treatment is scheduled according to the dentist’s assessment of the patient’s needs and the availability of appointment space.
Patients MUST provide 24 hours notice if canceling appointments. Missing appointments without notifying us in advance may result in revocation of clinic privileges.
